Most new and unopened items purchased from the Enco online store can be returned within 90 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the return policy exceptions.
Approved Returns
Approved returns will be exchanged for another item, refunded in cash, credited to your account, or refunded via store credit. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless otherwise stated in the return policy exceptions. Returns of purchases made with a gift card or store credit will be refunded as store credit.
In cases where a return is required due to a store error, shipping costs will be fully refunded. Exceptions may apply (including expedited delivery). Items must be returned intact, packaging must be "like new," and all product components must be returned for a full refund.
